As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop strategies to optimize business performance. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for business improvement. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of implemented initiatives. Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new processes and systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.
