Job Title: Mobile UI Developer - LeadLocation: McLean VA hybrid onsite Positions: 2Duration: ~12 monthsInterview Process: 1-hour video interview.Visa: H1B should be in our payrolls, No H1 Transfers Responsibilities: Develop and enhance mobile UI components for iOS and Android platforms. Work with design teams to translate wireframes and designs into feasible UI components. For leads, they need to Mentor and guide junior team members in coding standards, and UI/UX design principles. Participate in release processes, including signing off on release checklists and approvals. Engage in test automation within a cloud-native environment, utilizing AWS services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of UI components. Skills Leads should have over 7 years of experience in mobile UI development, with a focus on iOS and Android platforms. For engineers, 3=5 years of experience is needed. Proficiency in Swift for iOS development and Java for Android development. Experience with UI/UX design principles and familiarity with Angular and JavaScript. Knowledge of Python and AWS services is highly desirable. Previous experience with Capital One is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members is a plus. Familiarity with mobile best practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and front-end automation testing.
