Skills Leads should have over 7 years of experience in mobile UI development, with a focus on iOS and Android platforms. For engineers, 3=5 years of experience is needed. Proficiency in Swift for iOS development and Java for Android development. Experience with UI/UX design principles and familiarity with Angular and JavaScript. Knowledge of Python and AWS services is highly desirable. Previous experience with Capital One is preferred.
