Create and maintain mid- and long-term roadmaps for messaging platforms and channels. Prioritize features based on business requirements. Drive standardization and automation across Martech (Templates, data model, profile). Drive agile transformation within the assigned scrum teams. Champion experimentation culture for all messaging campaigns. Continuously evaluate new channels for messaging globally. Work with engineering, data science, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful deliveries and launches. Utilize JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Pendo, Balsamiq, and Miro.
