Accelalpha, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking Senior Principal Consultant(s) to analyze science, engineering, business to develop & implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Individuals will apply advanced-level knowledge of business administration theories, principles, and concepts, as well as experience with Oracle Cloud Financials to perform the following duties:

Delivery
• Serve as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support.
• Plan with the Project Manager, other workstream lead, and technical lead to create project plans based on deliverables and go-live date.
• Work with Project Manager and client team, plan and develop strategy for SIT, UAT and user training.
• Configure Cloud Financials module based on agreed design and business needs, provide guidance to offshore/junior resources on specific configuration issues. Ensure configuration changes are documented. Create BR100 for application setups.
• Lead client design workshops, recommend industry best practices for clients to incorporate, translate business requirements into technical requirements for team. Work with client team to understand their business needs.
• Design and architect solutions based on the application’s capability and client’s business strategy and everyday user needs. Understand clients’ current and future needs to provide an application design solution for current and new business requirements.
• Create testing plans and scripts for test phases to ensure that the application is working as required. Troubleshoot any issues that arise from testing. Create training materials for users and lead user trainings.
• Support client during implementation go-live and post-production, ensuring that any production issues within the system are addressed immediately and assist clients with any user issues.
• Work closely with client teams to understand their needs and offer solutions and design. Be able to offer industry best practices and solution design to address client business needs.
• Be able to create functional specifications for the technical team.
• Build up best practices within the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets). Must be able to be serve as the SME within Cloud Financials.
• Design and build reports to support the implementation.
• Mentor junior/offshore resources on the project team.
• Lead and guide the client through their implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials.

Pre-sales/Sales
• Facilitate initial discovery calls – assess and map customer needs to capabilities of the Oracle Cloud Financials applications.
• Support development of Proposals and Statements of Work
• Conduct demos of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers
• Stay current with all Accelalpha service offerings – cross application, cross-geography
• Stay current with Oracle products and offerings – attend conferences, webinars

Solution Architecture
• Work closely with the Delivery Director and Sales Team, design and propose realistic, implementable solutions that incorporate client requirements, software capability and future directions.
• Keep up with current releases, features and practices and share with team.
• Act as senior client-facing advisor on designs and best practices.
• Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary.

This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) involving Oracle Cloud Financials.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

1. Oracle Cloud Financials Suite
2. Configure, implement, troubleshoot, and provide support for End-to-end Oracle Cloud P2P implementations
3. Analyze complex technical needs and satisfy through creative configuration of Oracle Applications
4. Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Application implementations
5. Manage development and implementation work streams

Work from home benefit available. Travel Requirements: 15% domestic travel required.
