Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Business Assistant to join our team on a hybrid salary and commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through proactive outreach and face-to-face consultations with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our services, and negotiate deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the CEO to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, customer service ,or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Experience in B2B sales and face-to-face consultations preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Location:
This position requires travel to meet clients within the greater Charlotte region and must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
