Prepare company reports and track and report progress. Manage company accounting, including customer invoicing, bank account reconciliation, and subcontractor and supplier payments. Prepare legal templates including client contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supporting documents for projects. Prepare project documents including contracts with property owners and general contractors. Review and negotiate third-party legal documents. Manage all company technology, including deploying and monitoring third-party platforms, providing hardware and software support for company employees, identifying and implementing new technology opportunities, and establishing company standards. Virtual/work from home benefit available.
2 years of construction industry experience. Must have experience with: developing web-based business applications; designing business processes and quality standards; hardware and software support; creating, reviewing, and revising legal documents for construction projects; QuickBooks accounting software; Excel programming; project management; and website development.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any quantitative or technical field
