Aggio, Saint Louis, MO. Product Manager to develop product strategy, roadmap, and technical development for multiple product lines. Design high-level solution architecture for each product feature and collaborate with the engineering team to execute plans. Perform pre-release QA and extensive testing on new products and features to uncover issues and coordinate with engineering teams for bug fixes. Analyze the product usage, market, and data trends from the university diagnostics labs aggregated data across our customer base. Create analytics dashboards to show diagnostics results, analyze product usage, and predict market trends using Tableau and Google Analytics.Collaborate with the customer success engineering team to implement technical workflows for Customer, Sales, and Diagnostics Modules using Aggios development platform and Salesforce, and API Integration for clients using the app developer platform & database using SQL and Postman.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related. 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Software Developer or Data Engineer, programming with Python, Javascript, HTML, XML, and CSS. 2 years of experience with database management using SQL, and creating dashboards & visualizations with Tableau. At least 6 months experience managing an end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and designing UI and solution architecture with Balsamiq, Miro and Lucidchart. 5% domestic travel.
