Design e-paper products for specific applications in a cross-function setting. Collaborate closely within and across R&D teams utilizing knowledge and innovations in display front panel, electro-optical material design, driving scheme, display algorithm, color science, solid state physics, backplane design, image processing and physical/electrical modeling. Improve the design of the driving waveform of the next generation e-paper through design of experiments. Clarify the interaction of several variables on the performance of the display. Debug software/hardware issues of the driving platform of the e-paper display through both theoretical analysis and empirical trial and error methodologies. Perform statistical analysis and build mathematical models to understand electro-optical phenomena.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm
One and a half (1.5) years of experience as an Engineer or related occupation with lab experience.

One and a half (1.5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Electronic devices and laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators.
- LabVIEW, Matlab and use of triggers and clock signals to synchronize the hardware.
- Equipment design and light sources to match the experiment needs, maintenance, product designing and testing.
Requires a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Physics or a directly related field
