Position: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Duties:

Utilize the following technologies and 3rd party to develop and maintain websites, console apps, api’s and services: Datadog, GitHub, Docker Containers, Java, Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Argo, Postgres DB, Couch DB, React JS, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Redux, Bootstrap.
Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security considerations, while analyzing code written in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure comprehensive testing and help resolve any identified issues.
Write java applications the enable real time syncing with Keycloak.
Define Project scope, estimate timelines, and coordinate with other teams or stake holders.
Refactor codebase to improve the quality, maintain ability and readability, ensuring that the software remains robust and easy to maintain over time.
Set up, configure and run newly created websites on Windows Server, using IIS.
Setup new pipelines using Jenkins CI/CD, to deploy to newly created applications in test, staging, Quality Assurance, and production environments while using GitLab and Tortoise SVN for version control.
Maintain and develop software to manage internal/external users’ roles and permissions, utilizing a Postgres DB, Keycloak, and active directory.
Develop and maintain Utility data API's written in C#, to allow customers to pull their utility data.
Create POC's for new utility software and utility products using Web Services, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Rules Engine Software.
This is a fully remote position. The employer can work from home from any U.S. location. The worksite is unanticipated.

Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or closely related field.
