FT, Framingham, MA *** Duties may be performed at Definitive Healthcare headquarters in Framingham, MA or remotely from anywhere in the USA.*** Plan, forecast, and measure ROI of marketing activities and initiatives (emails, webinars, media buys, etc.) and provide actionable insights to the team to help improve campaign performance and identify growth levers to set strategic direction. Maintain the marketing measurement framework, including defining key marketing metrics. Also, support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports for the leadership team. Partner with marketing vertical leads to make better, faster, data-driven decisions–to enable them to achieve business objectives and deliver growth for the company. Build business plans to evolve marketing data maturity within Definitive Healthcare’s marketing strategy. Solve key challenges, such as attribution, lead routing and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting for all marketing channels (for new logo acquisition and customer growth). Build for scale by automating reporting, documenting definitions and processes pertaining to marketing data. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to identify business growth opportunities or funnel challenges. Master's Degree in Marketing Analytics, 18 months experience in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics in a B2B organization, 1+ years experience using advanced Excel functions and/or SQL, and using marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, VWO, HubSpot, Drift etc. required.
