The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple
business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement technology solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.
Prepare solution architecture document for Architecture Review Board approval.
Collaborate with technical leads by providing guidance to ensure successful solution implementation and optimize the performance of systems and applications.
Oversee application obsolescence management and strategize for technology refresh based on end-of-life/support considerations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Skilled in software development on microservices architecture and database technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross[1]functional teams.
Preferably, a few years of solution architect experience in the financial institution with exposure to the insurance sector.
Skills and Attributes:
Should have a few years of solution architecture experience with preferable insurance
knowledge
Should have experience in application microservices container
Should have experience in 3 tiers architecture and on-prem infra & network architecture diagram skillset."
