Key Responsibilities include:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN who holds a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to join our healthcare team. CNAs play a vital role in providing essential care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. As a LPN with BLS certification, you will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.

Skills Required:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.


• Assist patients with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.


• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.


• Observe patients' physical, emotional, and mental conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff.


• Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.


• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including keeping patient rooms tidy and sanitized.


• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans developed by the nursing team.


• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.


• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.


• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on best practices and advancements in

patientcare.

Experience Required:

Active certification as a LPN Licenses.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
