Position Overview:

We are seeking knowledgeable and skilled Instructors with expertise in industry-leading certifications, including CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Project Management Institute, Adobe, EC-Council, AWS, and Lean Six Sigma. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses and fostering a productive learning environment. They should exhibit strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging courses tailored to certifications in CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, PMI, Adobe, EC-Council, AWS, and Lean Six Sigma.

Develop and update course materials to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.

Evaluate and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching.

Maintain and enhance professional knowledge by pursuing further certifications and staying updated with industry advancements.

Collaborate with educational staff and other departments to enhance curriculum and integrate interdisciplinary approaches.

Ensure adherence to educational standards and compliance with certification requirements.

Manage class resources, scheduling, and administrative tasks associated with teaching and learning.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an instructor with certifications in one or more of the following: CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, PMI, Adobe, EC-Council, AWS, or Lean Six Sigma.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to create innovative solutions to educational challenges.
Organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic teaching environment.
