Business Process Analyst (Technology)

We will count on you to:

Investigate and triage, application issues and inquiries by working with business partners, vendors, and our IT partners
Coordinate with Operations to submit tickets for enhancement requests, production fixes and research requests
Engage in discussions with users to capture issues and exceptions in various ways (prototypes, discovery sessions, calls, meetings, workshops) and relaying these items back to the IT team
Participates and leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for monthly sprint releases. Coordinates with the business to obtain testers and gather sign-off on the respective items
Analysis of data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness
Provide support to the business for reporting needs
Partake in project work and other duties as assigned
Assist with SOC Audit requirements


What you need to have:

Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be a self-starter, proactive, responsive, critical thinker, analytical, and resourceful
Great verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

The applicable base salary range for this role is $46,500 to $92,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
