Generate comprehensive reports that present findings, utilizing visual representations of data and translating intricate insights into written narratives. Analyze customer demographics, preferences, needs, and purchasing behaviors to identify emerging markets and factors influencing product demand. Conduct thorough consumer opinion research and collaborate with marketing experts, statisticians, and other professionals to shape effective marketing strategies. Evaluate and measure customer and employee satisfaction levels, ensuring our services align with expectations. Devise and refine data collection methodologies, including surveys, polls, and questionnaires, to gather valuable insights or leverage existing data sources. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and programs. Communications: Coordinate and communicate with government officials, corporate executives, and highlevel stakeholders to set up meetings and events. Media Relations: Engage with publishers, editors, and top officials of various media outlets to promote the company's initiatives and achievements. Schedule Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day schedule of key executives within the company. Protocol and Guest Management: Coordinate and handle the arrangements for visiting dignitaries, clients, and VIP guests. Government and Embassy Liaison: Communicate with different government offices, embassies, and consulates to maintain positive relationships and address any relevant matters. Travel and Logistics: Manage travel arrangements, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and other logistics for company executives and visitors. Digital Event Management: Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and online conferences using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations that align with the company's objectives and enhance its global presence. Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans and handle crisis situations related to events, communication, or travel disruptions.

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or related field. Two (2) years related experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Cision: Analyzing customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits then translating data into actionable insights for marketing and sales strategies; Utilizing advanced CRM and management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eventbrite, Cvent, Bizzabo) to streamline event coordination, client management, and data analysis; and Orchestrating cross-functional projects (using tools such as Trello and Asana) to ensure seamless collaboration among teams and timely project completion.
