Project Manager *Pre-engineered Steel Structures Experience is a must*

As a Project Manager at Reich Construction LLC, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Project Timelines: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams: Work with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Innovative Construction Methodologies: Implement innovative construction methodologies and leverage technology to optimize project efficiency and quality.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with Pre-Engineered steel buildings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across the United States.
• Significant experience in Pre-Engineered steel building construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Work in our offices in Glenwood Maryland.
