Roles & Responsibilities:-

1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of influencer marketing, targeting brands and agencies.

2) Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

3) Reaching out to CXOs, Marketing directors, Marketing Executives, etc. who are the decision-makers in their respective organizations to Pitch Influencer Marketing & other allied services.

4) Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

5) Closely monitor & prepare data/reports on a regular basis for qualified opportunities, existing campaigns, outreach, and brief conversations as well as nurturing the leads/pipeline at the early stage of conversion.

6) Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling influencer marketing strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.

7) The ability to create exciting sales pitches. Excellent negotiator, strong closing skills, and an ability to recognize and act on great opportunities.

8) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospects.

9) Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements.

10) Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

11) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

12) Track and report on sales activities, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrated success with 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within influencer marketing or digital advertising.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer dynamics, and content trends.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a desire to exceed targets.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and effective campaign concepts.

Strong team player with the capacity to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with content marketing, branded content, and concept selling.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
