JOB DETAILS

• Graduate of Any IT Related field
• With CCNA / Network Certification is an advantage
• With 2 years and above of network support experience in routing, switching, or firewall
• Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switches, firewalls and routers)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Natural aptitude for dealing with people
• Teamwork & collaboration skills
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working on multiple alerts at once
• Willing to report on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedule
