Instream PM, Inc. has an opening for the position of Project Architect (Ref# PA417WA).

Work Location: 31333 Southfield Rd., Suite 250, Beverly Hills, MI 48025.

Job Duties: Prepare architectural plans and designs for various projects, including residential and commercial properties, using AutoCAD and Revit. Work closely with a licensed P.E. (Professional Engineer) and R.A. (Registered Architect) to execute design drawings, from schematic design phase to construction documents phase. Involved in plan production for both architectural and civil engineering plans. Work closely with contractors to have designs constructed. Assist in the complete development process from land planning to construction details. Prepare scale drawings, architectural designs, and interior designs. Produce creative designs within time and budget constraints.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Architectural Engineer or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit. 40hrs/week.
