Monitor and resolve application, system, and network incidents affecting the company platform and to ensure maximum availability. Proactively monitor availability and performance of the LinkedIn application stack and infrastructure using key homegrown and commercially available tools. Efficiently respond to monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email/phone/irc requests to Site Operations and triage/escalate issues as needed. Adeptly perform application and website troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues per documented procedures. Candidly work with SRE and Development teams, as well as coordinate/communicate/manage notifications and updates of issues affecting site availability/performance to customers and executive management. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Innovation, or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, or certifications.
