Looking to hire an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, and have a clean background check/drug test. Wage is negotiable depending on experience, and some training will be provided.
Duties will Include:
Service and repair all types and models of boilers, water heaters, and other hydronic equipment.
Service and repair all types of hydronic pumps.
Diagnose and repair hydronic piping to meet manufacturer requirements.
Service and repair all types of commercial RTU equipment.
Assist installation crews in the initial setup and startup of new HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and repair all types of hydronic and HVAC controls.
Participate in "on call" service schedule on a weekly rotation.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Knowledge of combustion analysis and test procedures.
Basic knowledge of RTU and commercial equipment operations.
Basic knowledge of BAS controls and how they operate.
EPA Section 608 Class II or Universal Certification.
Minimum 5 years as an HVAC Service Technician.
Additional Notes:
Must have a valid unrestricted Colorado Drivers License.
Must be willing and able to pass a drug test.
Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
