Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shipping agents
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and shipping agents
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments
• Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
