Sr. BI Data Analyst (Part-Time, Remote)

We have an immediate need for a contract Sr. BI Data Analyst to join a real estate investment organization. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Location: Agoura Hills, CA (Remote)

This job expects to pay around $63 - 72 per hour plus benefits. Estimated to work up to 20 hours per week.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Expertise in building Tableau or Power BI dashboards, preferably Power BI but happy with both
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Knowledge of data bricks or similar big data processing platforms.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, time management and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking is a must. Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions, as well as process improvement ability.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility/adaptability, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to take a proactive leadership role on projects.
