As a Windchill Architect, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of Windchill solutions to meet our company's needs. This position will be based onsite in West Chester, PA, near Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement Windchill solutions based on business requirements. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Windchill projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Windchill configurations, customizations, and integrations. Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure system stability and performance. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Windchill applications and workflows. Stay updated with the latest Windchill features, best practices, and industry trends. Support end-users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and training as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Windchill Architect or similar role. Strong understanding of Windchill PDMLink, Windchill customization and configuration, workflows, and data management. Experience with Windchill upgrades, patches, and system integrations. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
