We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the efficient flow of shipments and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Compiling shipping files detailing all items for shipment.


• Printing necessary paperwork including shipping lists, pallet labels, bill of lading, and commercial invoices as required.


• Ensuring compliance certificates are included when necessary.


• Verifying pallet contents and labeling according to specific customer requirements.


• Creating compliance certificates for US Cotton shipments per location.


• Sending compliance certificates monthly.


• Recording open purchase orders in the Supplier-Purchase Orders file.


• Matching packing slips with received items and purchase orders.


• Updating the Supplier-Purchase Orders file with received items.


• Verifying item codes, locations, and prices on purchase orders.


• Recording shipments and adding invoice numbers to items in the Sales Order file.


• Conducting monthly Work In Progress (WIP) inventory.


• Maintaining accurate records of finished goods per customer.


• Updating the Inventory Floor file with produced items.


• Updating the Polypro Inventory file on Wednesdays.
