Job Title: School Leader

Location: 1860 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO 80203

Salary: $96,712 with Standard Benefits.

Duties: The School Leader supports with the overall direction and leadership of the school. They lead high-quality, data driven instruction by building the capacity of teachers to lead and perfect their craft. They also strategically align people, time, and money to drive student achievement. They apply teacher and staff performance management systems in a way that ensures a culture of continuous improvement, support, and accountability. They also lead to the academic and social-emotional success of diverse student populations. They actively advocate for members of the school community and effectively engage families and communities with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position supervises 10 Teachers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Education, Teaching English Speakers of other Languages or related and five years of experience as a Teacher or related. Must possess a valid Colorado Principal Authorization, Colorado Principal License, or ability to obtain.
