Full Job Description: Lead design and implementation of semantic layers on Snowflake and/or Postgres in MS Azure. Recommend and implement a suitable BI tool for Data Analysts. Lead the organization-wide BI solution implementation. Provide consulting and training on BI tools and technologies. Troubleshoot and support BI issues. Work with healthcare data, preferably in the payer space. Utilize cloud technologies, primarily MS Azure and Snowflake. Qualifications: 5+ years as a BI Architect. 5+ years implementing BI solutions in Azure environments. 2+ years with Snowflake and Postgres databases. Experience with multiple leading cloud BI tools. Ability to evaluate business needs and implement BI strategies. Strong technical and leadership skills.
