We are currently seeking immediate placement for a skilled and experienced dentist to join our team in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing high-quality dental care to our patients and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
Educate patients on proper dental hygiene and oral care practices
Create treatment plans and discuss options with patients
Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with patients as necessary
Be a leader and take ownership of the practice and the staff
Ambitious, driven and motivated provider who wants to earn a good living doing what they love and take the program to the next level
Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current state dental license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
