1. Customer Interaction (30%): The customer service representative will spend a significant portion of her time responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as social media, email, and phone. This involves providing detailed information about the employer’s automobile accessory products and installation services and assisting customers in selecting the right automobile accessories to meet their needs.
2. Order Processing (25%): A quarter of the customer service representative’s total work time will be dedicated to processing customer orders, forms, applications, and requests. This task includes coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and handling any order changes, cancellations, or returns in accordance with company policies.
3. Issue Resolution (20%): Addressing and resolving customer complaints will constitute a significant part of the total workload. This involves providing empathetic and efficient solutions that align with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and escalating complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
4. Record Keeping (10%): Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints is crucial. This task also involves updating customer information in the database during and after each interaction, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
5. Feedback and Improvement (10%): Gathering customer feedback and suggesting potential improvements to products or services is an important aspect of the customer service
representative’s role. Collaborating with the sales and product development teams, the customer service representative will help enhance the overall customer experience based on the feedback received.
6. Team Collaboration (5%): Collaborating with team members to achieve better results and maintain high service standards will take up a smaller, yet vital, portion of the customer service representative’s work time. This includes participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and performance level, ensuring that the customer service representative is well-equipped to handle the needs of our customers.
