Description:
• Experience in event or exhibition industry preferred
• Minimum experience of 7 years in Sales and Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in both the US and India markets.
• Identify and target potential clients in the event and exhibition industry to generate new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to sustain long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network with industry professionals and generate leads.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Mentor and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive their performance.
• Collaborate with the management to develop sales budgets, set targets, and implement sales strategies.
