Job Description:
As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks. This position offers enjoyable days working outside, but it requires physical fitness and the ability to handle hard labor.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning using squeegees and water-fed poles.
- Clean gutters by removing debris and using leaf blowers for roof blowings.
- Install and remove holiday lights safely and efficiently.
- Pressure wash various surfaces to remove dirt and grime.
- Complete tasks as assigned with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Communicate with the office as needed regarding job progress and any issues.
- Drive and maintain company vans, ensuring cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs.
- Use safety equipment properly, including harnesses and ladders.
- Maintain and protect customer property and belongings while on the job.
- This physically demanding role requires the ability to work at heights from ladders

Qualifications:
- Experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, small repairs, home maintenance, roof work, or ladder work preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and move, set up, climb, and work from ladders.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass random drug tests.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform high-quality work.
- Enjoy working outdoors and performing physical labor.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle conflict well.
- Punctual, coachable, and service-oriented.
- Working knowledge of safety equipment.

Benefits:
- Competitive pay starting at $18 hour; raises based on performance and skill mastery
- Paid training at $18 per hour for approximately 2-4 weeks, with potential for a bonus
- Paid time off after six months

- Full-time hours (30-40 per week) with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
