You will be responsible for:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports Reviews Bank Reconciliations, track items in bank reconciliations abd Accounting records requested. Reviews and approval of accounting records prepared by offshore team. Journal Entries prepare and approval on JE App Reconciliation review and approval in ARCS Oracle Cloud. Quarterly Financial Analyze of Balance Sheet Variance Explanations Assigning and record of Virtual Accounts to clients from Mexico entities. Documents financials transactions by entering account information. Recommends financials actions by analyzing accounting options. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Answers accounting procedures questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. Complies with federal state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends. Provide information for External and Internal Audit Requirements.
What you need to have:
Completed bachelor's or master's degree in accounting. 2 to 4 years of accounting experience. Proficient in financial reporting requirements. Experience working with multiple legal entities under different umbrellas. Advanced conversational English. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including General Accepted Accounting. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Oracle E-Business Suite. General accounting functions and month/year end close process. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
