Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Manage manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal segments using GTAW, FCAW and SMAW.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
• Manage brazing and soldering equipment.
• Operate metal shaping machines, metal straightening machines, and metal bending machines.
• Fix damaged areas of metal structures by welding on extra layers.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Wages: $ 29.00/hr for 40 hrs/week

Skills requirement:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• A combination of minimum 3 years of work experience or industry courses in welding is required.
• Fluent in English and highly organized and detail-oriented skills.
• Good physical ability will be an asset.
• Understanding of safety welding practices and the use of safety equipment.
