A leading international manufacturer of commercial print finishing machinery has their US offices in Rochester, NY. They are looking for a service manager, supervisor or technical support manager to help their Director of Service. The service manager is looking for an individual who can help run their support group which ranges from 10 to 15 technicians. They handle field service to customers. They also handle training of their dealer networks and they cover technical and phone support. This service group handles nationwide field support. This organization is looking for someone who can strengthen their response times. Someone who is proactive when comes to service and support of production-based customers.

They will offer this person a base salary from $90k up to $110k. A solid benefits package is included in the offer along with relocation assistance. This role should turn into the Directors role within a few years due to retirement.
