Full Stack Cloud Billing Portal Developer (Remote)

We have an immediate need for a contract Full Stack Cloud Billing Portal Developer to join an IT consulting and integration firm. The Full Stack Cloud Billing Portal Developer will leverage the organization’s Cloud Billing Portal to manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) budgets, including credits, purchase orders, and grants. Need stronng GCP, Django, and Angular experience. 

Location: Remote. Must work Central Time Zone hours.

This job expects to pay about $68 - 90 per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do: 

• Leverage Cloud Billing Portal to manage GCP budgets, credits, purchase orders, and grants.
• Enhance portal functionality to track, manage, alert, and process chargebacks for consumption offset by GCP Subscription Benefit Credits.
• Extend the Cloud Billing Platform to include new capabilities, requiring changes to the data structure and the development of new reporting services.
• Develop the Version 2 instance of the portal for ongoing cost management of clients' GCP utilization by project.
• Incorporate Google Public Sector Subscription Agreements into the platform.
• Utilize JavaScript and Angular to develop and enhance the portal.
• Implement Angular Layered Architecture (Presentation, Facade, Core).
• Develop Angular Smart/Dumb Components.
• Manage state using NGRX State Management.
• Develop backend services using Python and Django + Django Rest Framework.
• Interact with GCP APIs and manage GCP Pub/Sub interactions.
• Utilize PySpark for data processing.
• Manage data with GCP Dataproc, BigQuery, AlloyDB, and Cloud Storage.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Proven experience with JavaScript and Angular for frontend development.
• Strong understanding of Angular Layered Architecture and Angular Smart/Dumb Components.
• Proficiency with NGRX State Management.
• Extensive experience with Python and Django + Django Rest Framework for backend development.
• Familiarity with GCP APIs and GCP Pub/Sub.
• Experience with PySpark and data management using GCP Dataproc, BigQuery, AlloyDB, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience managing GCP budgets, credits, purchase orders, and grants.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Subscription Agreements and Public Sector Subscription Agreements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
