Hiring Hub is looking for an experience Construction Foreman for one of our growing companies in the Albuquerque area and surrounding areas.




Job Description:


As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be critical in coordinating work, managing crews, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Safety is our #1 priority!




Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers - usually around 3-6 employees.

  • Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks to maximize efficiency.

  • Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Order materials and schedule deliveries to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction activities.

  • Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs and reports.

  • Conduct regular site meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience (3 yrs. preferred) as a Construction Foreman or similar role.

  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish desired.
