Partner w/ bus. leaders, SMEs to understand how the functions operate today & what challenges are faced. Lead the analysis of the current state of bus. processes & systems. Establish functional IT governance to define an overall vision, strategy & priorities to address unmet bus. needs. Lead the definition of future state IT Roadmap by establishing strong bus. relationships, creating a strategic roadmap for realizing the vision & articulating technology impact to bus. processes & overall organization. Reqs: Master's deg or foreign equiv in Comp Sci, Info Technology Mgmt, or Bus. Admin plus 2 yrs of work exp in Pharma in job offd or as Product Mgr/Global Delivery Lead. Also reqs 2 yrs of leadership exp w/ /using the following (which may have been gained concurrently): Supporting Regulatory &/or Safety functions in a global envrmt; Supporting Regulatory processes such as Submissions Mgmt, Labelling, Publishing & Registration tracking; Working w/ Regulatory Planners, Publishers, Safety Officers, Case Processers, Medical Writers, Labelling authors & study teams; Supporting Safety processes, such as Case in-take, Case processing, Risk mgmt & Safety reporting; Bus.
