Sante USA LLC (San Ramon, CA) is seeking a Regional Principal, Business Development to manage, coach, and mentor team of business development professionals by providing sales and marketing training. Manage potential customer lists and coordinate with regional teams for consistency in approach and strategies. Develop sales strategies, KPI, and marketing goals. Lead the creation of Requests for Proposals and Industry Specific capability marketing statements. Partner with Client Relations and Marketing & Communications in pursuit of new clients. This position requires only little domestic travel.



Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or progressively responsible experience as equivalent to US degree). This position requires only little domestic travel. Telecommuting is permitted.
