Pressure test investment asks and provide financial considerations and funding methods for prioritized growth areas. Navigate ambiguity and problem-solve with minimal guidance, including critically thinking to create and operationalize quick solutions/approaches. Establish and standardize processes to improve efficiency and transparency in how we operationalize headcount and budget management. Effectively work cross-functionally across the company and get alignment among leadership on decisions. Meet with business leaders to provide financial insights and assist with long-term planning. Monitor key financial metrics and relevant business drivers in headcount growth models. Provide ad hoc analysis for business support. Perform month-end accounting close activities related to headcount and expenses. Understand budget/forecast variance drivers and review with business partners and internal finance teams. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting. Ensure that the various reporting systems and source data are accurate and reconciled. Assist in the development and implementation of tools, systems, and processes as part of FP&A’s overall transformation efforts. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Financial Analyst-related occupation.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $110,677.00 to $171,000.00/year. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, or certifications.
