Responsibilities:



  • Management: Skillfully oversee entertainers, artists, performances, and events, ensuring every show is a hit.

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-notch event staff, masterfully manage schedules, and streamline payroll.

  • Operations: Ensure seamless compliance with policies and regulations, coordinating flawlessly with other departments.

  • Administration: Handle paperwork, schedules, and vendor contacts with efficiency and precision.

  • Research: Dive deep into acts, venues, and demographics to secure the best bookings and optimize events.

  • Reporting: Analyze ROI to drive profitability and success, making every event a triumph.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum of three years in entertainment management is essential.

  • BA degree in a relevant field is preferred.

  • Must acquire and maintain a Gaming License through POIGRA.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities are a must.

  • Demonstrated commitment to organizational goals with discretion and loyalty.
