Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the charge in drafting and reviewing Employee Disciplinary Actions (EDAs).

  • Conduct comprehensive personnel-related investigations.

  • Respond promptly to formal documentation requests.

  • Conduct mediations to resolve conflicts and enhance employee morale.

  • Support employee welfare and ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and state regulations.

  • Foster strong employer-employee relationships.

  • Boost motivation and morale through innovative initiatives.

  • Provide impactful training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Oversee conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee grievance procedures.

  • Analyze trends and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct insightful exit interviews and compile data for quality improvements.

  • Manage unemployment claims efficiently.

  • Create detailed and confidential investigative reports.




Qualifications:



  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred. Professional Employment Mediation Training is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, critical and analytical thinking, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

  • Ability to acquire and maintain a Key Gaming License issued through POIGRA.
