Responsibilities:



  • Collect and analyze daily operations data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Guarantee adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31)/Anti-Money Laundering Act and IRS tax requirements.

  • Collaborate with industry experts to tackle specialized compliance topics.

  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures and management responses.

  • Conduct audits across departments for quality assurance and compliance.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and FAQs.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of auditing and/or compliance experience.

  • At least 3 years of technical writing experience.

  • 2 years of experience in the casino industry preferred.

  • Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.



Skills:



  • In-depth knowledge of Indian gaming standards and BSA/AML requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
