Coordinates the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats,
vegetables, desserts and other food; plans and prices menu items, orders supply and keeps
records; supervises and participates in cooking, baking, and preparation of traditional food; monitors sanitation practices to ensure that staff follows standards and regulations; stocks ingredients and other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation; instructs cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.

Must have two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Assistant Chef.

Two (2) years of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) in all of the following:
1) Preparation of food;
2) ensuring food, safety, and hygiene regulations; and
3) Cleaning and stocking workstations/kitchen.
