The Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities has an opening for a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN(link removed) This employee will be responsible for the maintenance of all county board grounds, preventive maintenance and minor repairs to facilities and equipment, and ongoing maintenance of all cleaning equipment, boilers and heating systems. Responsibilities also include assisting with minor remodeling or repair work and major equipment installation, maintenance of swimming pool at our school, assisting with building inspections, and assisting with supervision of custodial staff. A high school diploma or GED required, with some technical schooling preferred. Experience with facility management required and five years total related experience in various construction trades preferred. Must possess demonstrated knowledge of building automated systems, standard cleaning procedures, and workplace hazardous materials information. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
