We are seeking a patient, responsible, and thoughtfully communicative individual to provide support to a child in the Eau Claire Area. The ideal candidate enjoys physical activity and possesses an outgoing personality. This position offers up to 15hrs/week. Care would be provided in your home and the community!

Schedule & Pay:
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Schedule: Mon-Fri evenings from 2:30pm-8pm
As needed weekend availability
This family is able to work with you & your schedule
Wage: $14.13/hr

Responsibilities:
Provide reminders and monitoring of insulin levels
Provide supervision
Assist with meal preparation as needed
Outings to park/community
Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment

Requirements:
Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, auto insurance
Knowledge of diabetes care preferred, but not required (training provided)
Strong willingness to learn and follow care routines
