Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Expectations (Must-Haves):
Candidate must be local to Phoenix (no remote).
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Detail-oriented with ability to calculate materials, labor, and project budgets.
Strong communicator who can work with internal teams & customers.
High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn takeoff/bid software.
Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Complete material takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Review drawings, specs, and scope documents for bid preparation.
Build pricing packages by coordinating with internal trade teams.
Prepare proposals, budgets, and cost documentation.
Communicate with clients during bidding.
Support project managers at project kickoff stages.
Attend job sites, meetings, and ensure cost/risk evaluation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, QuickBid (not mandatory).
