:Compile and prepare operational and sales reports across multiple restaurant locations to support management decision-making
:Monitor key performance metrics, including labor efficiency, attendance, and sales performance, and maintain accurate reporting records
:Review operational reports to track performance trends and support improvements in day-to-day business operations
:Track inventory levels and review usage reports to support efficient operations and reduce waste
:Prepare and maintain reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools
:Support management in evaluating operational performance across locations and identifying areas for improvement
:Coordinate with restaurant managers to support consistent operational practices and performance standards
:Communicate with third-party vendors (including delivery platforms) regarding operational performance and reporting issues
:Assist in reviewing vendor performance and compiling information to support business decisions
:Identify operational inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvements
:Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational and financial reporting
:Works under supervision and follows established procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a closely related field
