ITSM Software Developer We are seeking an experienced ITSM Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain an IT Service Management (ITSM) software product that integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow. This role requires expertise in IT infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation, leveraging tools such as Zabbix, OTRS/Zuny, Linux, KVM, LXC, Kubernetes, and Proxmox. Additionally, this role will have a strong focus on source code obfuscation, security hardening, and intellectual property protection to ensure the security and integrity of the ITSM software product.
