Japanese Client Relationship Specialist - Open to Fresh Graduate

Salary: P 80,000 - P 120,000 (Highly negotiable)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
Filipino who speak Japanese (Fluency is required)
Open to Half Japanese or Half Filipino
Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
Good English Communication Skills
Graduate of any 4 year course (Any course is okay)
No work experience required because training is provided
Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager
With Strong mind and great customer relationship skills
Can Build professional relationship with clients
High Potential, Motivation and aggressiveness are the TOP PRIORITIES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain great, professional and healthy relationship with clients
Conduct monthly checking, visits or F2F meetings for updates
Attend meetings with the Filipino and Japanese clients
Serve as the main point of contact of clients for any training requests
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Japanese clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Provide administrative support to the Management
Respond promptly to client inquiries, feedback, and requests in Japanese and English with high attention to business
Evaluate leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
Work with marketing to enhance sales strategies.
