Job Summary SAP Program Manager

- Lead and oversee a multi-year, large-scale SAP transformation initiative with multiple workstreams.
- Develop and drive the SAP roadmap, ensuring alignment of business and technology objectives.
- Establish program governance, operating models, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
- Partner with executive leadership to define priorities and drive program success.
- Build alignment and manage relationships across directors, VPs, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Drive organizational change and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Manage program-level risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and investment priorities.
- Provide executive-level communication on program status, risks, recommendations, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure delivery of desired business outcomes.
- Influence senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment in a complex, evolving environment.
- Required: Minimum 10 years' experience in leading enterprise programs, ERP transformations, or modernization initiatives.
- Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building governance structures and operating models.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation, global ERP implementations, and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAP Activate).
- Industry experience in manufacturing, technology, engineering, or regulated sectors is a plus.
- Emphasis on strategic leadership and program delivery over deep technical SAP configuration expertise.
